"if you rather want to be in your dreams, then you are not truly awake"
Ever since Puffin was a tiny bird, he was scouting the sea. Always
looking for something extraordinary to sweep him off his feet.
Puffin had a vivid imagination running wild in his heart, but doubt and fear where both patrolling his mind, so his imagination hid deep down in his faith, guarded only by hope and remained awake only in his dreams.

Puffin had a vivid imagination running wild in his heart, but doubt and fear where both patrolling his mind, so his imagination hid deep down in his faith, guarded only by hopes and remained awake only in his dreams.
"would you rather be blissfully blind, or painfully aware?"
One day, a Breeze flew in and swept Puffin off his feet, pulled him through a spinning whirlwind and sent him far out on the open sea.
The wind was too strong for Puffin to resist, so he did nothing but to close his eyes, and numb into oblivion.
"No bird ever flies over the same ocean twice, for it is not the same ocean, and she is not the same bird"
After a while, Sun Ray gently unhinged the whirlwind into slithers. Puffin opened his eyes and found himself surfing warm winds above a throbbing sea. Was he flying by the strength of his own wings or was he merely being whipped around by the playful tails of the Breeze?
Thrilled by adrenaline Puffin had no rush to reflect on his circumstances. What a sensational feeling! Never before have a smaller bird gotten a bigger whiff of that mischievous joy of feeling invincible.
"if you really want to be alive, you have to accept the possibility of being lost"
Slowly and steadily like the tides, daylight dimmed into darkness, winds turned cold and unfriendly, transforming the once so peaceful waves into wild ferocious jaws with frothing teeth.
Puffin suddenly found himself helpless and lost somewhere on the gigantic ocean, surrounded by unknown dangers in an unknown territory. Quivering with fear, Puffin chose his direction like a leaf in a storm.
"smell the ocean and feel the breeze"
Deep within all the noise and turmoil Puffin spotted a reflection passing by in his mind. "Why so passive? . . . all this time, you have simply been a passenger and let external forces take you wherever it wants. What if you dipped into the present moment and decided where to go? Would you be able to make use of the flows, tilt the wings ever so slight to be uplifted by the winds instead of letting them weigh you down and wear you out?".
What an empowering idea.
Focusing trust to the present moment, Puffin found himself surfing the breeze yet again.
However, this time he was not just going to flow with it, he was going to ride it.
Looking back at the experience, the white noise of the winds and waves out there was almost unbearable, yet all Puffin could really remember was the
soothing flow of the Breeze.
The Breeze sang the most beautiful melodies Puffin had ever heard, encouraging sounds of the Hollow Bamboo. He was so mesmerised by this sound that it never left his mind.
And so he went, on a mind-
expanding and exhilarating quest to look for the Hollow Bamboo.
